Overview
The timetable and processes to identify, cost and prioritise IS Applications projects is broadly
similar to last year. The process is made up of a number of stages:
a) Initial consultation and production of a list of potential projects for each programme
b) Review of existing programmes of work
c) Feedback and production of list of projects to be fully described and costed
d) Preparation of fully described and costed project proposals
e) Production of draft prioritised list of projects
f) Feedback and review of draft prioritised list by the IT Governance Group
g) Final list of prioritised
projects for 2012/13
Current Position
The planning process is now underway with the initial consultation and production of directional statements and the identification of potential projects.
