HR and Payroll Annual Maintenance 14/15

Overview

Apply annual HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) legislative patches along with any security patches released by Oracle. This project will also cover any additional patches required to meet the universities legislative compliance; for example, any updates for Auto-enrolment or Real Time information.

 

This project will deliver;

  • Any HMRC tax, auto-enrolment or real time information patches issued by Oracle
  • Up to date Oracle security patches
  • Updates to P60’s

Why is it needed/What are the benefits?: 

Ensures Legislative compliance with application of any HMRC or auto-enrolment patches.

 

Available Oracle security patches are normally also implemented within this project providing the benefit on ensuring security patching is up to date.

The HR Tax Year end project has been run for numerous years. It can be in the range of 50 to 150 days depending upon Oracle, P60 and the various Patches required.
