Easy to use for experienced report developer with minimal training costs

The challenge is in understanding strategic reporting needs. Much of this should emerge from the current BI/MI Strategy in the first half of 2014, and also current  Service Management engagement with stakeholders through the ‘Reporting + Analytics Service’
