The existing OLLIE system for OLL continuing education requires to be replaced

The project is a multi-year project that has already started with the 13-14 project HSS001 now started.

The estimate is that HSS001 will deliver 250 days of IS Apps effort , and then a further 250 days effort will be delivered during 14-15

Why is it needed/What are the benefits?:

To replace legacy systems which are on an old platform / old software versions which are now out of support with various vendors
