w/c 25th February 2019

  • Database Views
    • After discussion with Paul Muller / John Allison, it was agreed that given how the database schema has been greatly reduced
      • A daily activity report of specific metrics will be produced and emailed to Paul.  The purpose is this is primarily to monitor the activity from Ingeus and allow you to detect reasonably quickly if the incoming data has stopped for any reason. A secondary purpose of the report is that we can include other information that prove useful.
      • Report created on 25/02/19 but requires to be set up in a cron job
      • A database view is no longer required as the schema is now simplistic to analyse vis the Stata tool
  • Discussions to be held with the School of Economics re setting a pc running Stata for remote access
  • No weekly conference call held - Ingeus pm not available
  • API Changes
    • Initial tests undertaken for JobTracker, but as data received, this is now being followed up by Ingeus .  Issues reported with UoE environment which is prohibiting UoE receiving data
    • Delivery of In Work Tracker has not been delivered
    • Ian Warn has advised  that Ingeus have some capacity over the next few days to apply a patch if required, and after that we can look at resourcing additional capacity but (with a longer lead time). email on 28/02/19
  • First draft received of Google Analytics report
  • Ian Warn  has  advised
    • he will remain the main point of contact going forward
    • he will escalate requirements for historic data, on the basis on previous agreement
    • no update on the incentive scheme as yet but conversations are still continuing on our side (at multiple levels)
