Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
During November,
In completing an overview of the programme with Accommodation Services the following actions have been noted;
- It has been confirmed that the project AP56-057: Booking Agent Interface will be undertaken this academic year, with the start date being re-scheduled to February 2016
- It has been confirmed that the project AP56-059: Delivered Catering will commence this academic year, with the start date being re-scheduled to June 2016
- The project AP56-056: Upgrade Kx Test Infrastructure has been withdrwawn (as this will now be undertaken in 2016-17)
- The project AP56-058 Migration to Kx Cloud Environment has been withdrawn
- As a consequence of the above changes, the programme budget has been reduced from 246 days to 45 days for this academic year and the programme burn rate figures have dramtically altered. A detailed breakdown of the changes is attached
In addition, the project ACS034: Uniware Cashless Catering has now been completed and closed.

AP56-059 Delivered Catering External Funded Planning: June 2016 Delivery: t.b.c. | Plan This project has been declared as part of the annual planning process . - project to commence in June 2016 - initial planning phase scheduled to be completed in June 2016 - delivery date to be defined Dependencies - totally dependant on current supplier delivering new application module or an alternative product is procured - will require a large commitment from Accommodation Services team to oversee user acceptance testing - will require input from IS Applications Development Technology team to assist with systems integration |
