During December,
From a programme perspective, there was the requirement to transfer 2 days from the sponsor funded contingency (ACSPB2) to cover the additional 2 days projected to complete ACS033. As a result, the sponsor funded contingency budget was reduced from 10 days to 8 days, with no overall change to the previously revised programme budget (in November) of 45 days.
Further to the mid-year review, the overall programme budget of 6 days is now close to being exceeded and will require to be discussed at the next programme meeting. In the interim a new programme risk (ref 3) has been recorded.
Section Two: Projects Not Started
The scheduled projects for 2015-16 are
