Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
As a result of the project activity through April, there are currently no active projects within the programme having closed the project ACS033 - Student Application - Enhanced Student Data Feed and withdrawing the project ACS035 - Booking Agent Interface having determined that the activity could be catered for within the Applications Support environment.
The programme manager attended the latest meeting with the Kinetics’ account manager along with representatives from Accommodation Services
A number of budget changes relating to the previously active projects has resulted in the overall programme budget being reduced from 47 days to 31 days due to
- ACS033 - An additional 4 days was required to complete the project
- ACS035 - The full 20 days projected effort has been withdrawn. The minimal time utilised has been transferred to the overall programme account.
The overall programme budget of 6 days has now been exceeded by 2.5 days and the programme manager has estimated a further 0.5 days effort will be required for the remainder of the year , as programme activity is now very light. Further discussions to be held with the CSG Portfolio Manager to resolve this deficit.
The remaining project, Delivered Catering External, was scheduled to commence in June 2016, will most likely be delayed until late 2016
