There will be no further project activity within the programme this year after the decision to re-schedule the start date of the Delivered Catering External to next year.
The overall programme budget of 6 days has now been exceeded by 2.5 days and the programme manager has estimated a further 0.5 days effort will be required for the remainder of the year , as programme activity is now very light. Further discussions to be held with the CSG Portfolio Manager to resolve this deficit.
