Achievements in the last period

  • Application Webservers
    • All windows related services successfully deployed to the new cluster on the Application webservers 
  • Database Servers
    • User Acceptance Testing completed 
    • Deployment Checklist completed 
    • Deployment to new database servers successfully completed on 25th April 
  • Handover to production completed with regards to both the Application and Database servers 

Issues

  • Live Application WebServers (2016)
    • No further issues reported 
  • Live  Database Application Servers (2016)
    • As a result of the go-live with the new database servers, three issues were reported 
      • ACS041-70:  EiT scheduled overnight transfer failing  - currently being investigated 
      • ACS041-71; Kx Conferencing - No data for 'Diets by Week' - now resolved 
      • ACS041-72: Kxweb_KxInspections sql agent job failing  - currently being investigated 
  • Given the delays in reaching the go-live with the new database servers, the project has been extended to the end of May to complete remaining project activity

RAG Commentary

Requirement to re-plan deployment of live of Phase 2 Database Servers migration due to technical issues resulting from post go-live of Phase 1 Application Webservers (13/03/19) and UAT delays. Phase 2 database Servers subsequently successfully deployed on 25/04/19.  Project running five weeks behind planned schedule
