Achievements This Period

  • Procurement 
    • The bidders evaluation process has commenced and to-date the following sections have been completed 
      • Support and Maintenance
      • Accessibility
      • Information Security
      • Implementation and Training 
  • The remaining consensus meetings have now been rescheduled for the first two weeks in October 
  • On-going discussions with People and Money to determine if any new procured system can be integrated within the current People and Money timelines 
  • A new procurement lead has been assigned to the project and will oversee the consensus meetings

Issues

  • Due to the additional workload associated with covid-19, there has been the requirement to extend the consensus period by a further two weeks to enable the Delivered Catering team additional time to complete the consensus with regards to 
    • Usability 
    • Road Map 
    • Functional Requirements
  • Due to the project timescales extending and some underestimation of the time required to complete the technical consensus, there has been the requirement to extend the budget  for 20/21 by 10 days
  • There is a concern that the implementation of a newly procured solution may not fall into the current People and Money project schedules 

Next Steps

  • Complete the tender evaluation process 
  • Determine preferred supplier 
  • Clarify People and Money timescales to enable integration with Delivered Catering
