During  July,

Work continues with the Delivered Catering Implementation project

Receivables integration with People and Money -

  • Initial testing has been completed utilising the new charge types on the Kx environment 
  • UoE development has continued with the data extract from Kx 
    • Initial development has been completed and initial testing completed
    • WSO2 development has yet to commence 
    • There is currently one outstanding question regarding the re-processing of rejected data transactions which is currently being investigated

Achievements This Period

  • System configuration has continued
  • Single Sign-On changes have been applied to incorporate the additional  Organisational Hierarchy attributes, Level 2 Org Code, Level 4 Org Code and Level 5 full organisation name
  • Email - It has been determined that a sub-domain can be utilised to enable application generated emails to be sent via the UOE email service.   Further discussions with colleagues at the Edinburgh College of Art has confirmed that the sub-domain @ace.ed.ac.uk can be utilised.  This has now been configured and is now ready for initial testing
  • A number of application changes have been completed in relation to 
    • Drop and Go - changes to purchasing options 
    • Separate brochure pages for the sites related to 'Served' and 'Drop and Go'
    • Rename of cost cost on invoice to eIT number

Issues

  • Currently awaiting schedule to deliver agreed system changes  in relation to 
    • Separate 'Order Limits per interval' for 'Served' and 'Drop and Go'
    • Financial reconciliation reports 
    • Change Back office text to eIT Number from PO. Within manual order and on Invoice/emails
    • Completion of mandatory fields at the point of order 
    • When adding a time restricted menu to the basket you cannot then add another timeslot out with the menu restriction times
  • Unable to commence end to end user acceptance testing until the remaining developments are completed 
  • Given the current timelines the initial implementation date of 9th August is unlikely to be met 
  • Concern regarding the population of the Level 5 full organisation name has been noted and this is currently being investigated
