GREEN

Report by Sue Woodger for December 2016

Achievements

  • The Dev environment has been re-built and Netcall will be installing v6.8 wb 6 February

 Issues

  • On building the Dev environment developers ran into issues which interfered with the install and which were traced back to system updates that were completed in July which were originally installed in the wrong place on Dev by a temporary member of staff. Discussions with Unix resulted in a recommendation to rebuild Dev. This caused a delay to the build plus we were also delayed as we also had to renegotiate Netcalls time after the rebuild.

Next Steps

  • Build sign off by 15 February

Project Action / Notes Responsibility Status

New project? There are several small pieces of work that need to be managed but not large enough to justify a stand alone project. AC suggested we could have a bucket project where these tasks could reside. AC to advise on budget. Alex Carter Open
