• Understanding the needs of users including students who are also employed as tutors or in other staff roles​

• Developing requirements, working closely with Core Systems, to define key requirements and capabilities​

• Identifying the system and process changes required to meet those needs​

• Defining and implementing a clear, consistent approach to the management of identities across the University​
