Achievements in Last Period

  • Advice from procurement on how to conduct market engagement received

Issues

  • Business lead was looking into contracts – have not found original agreements yet so still looking. This however is holding us up on sending out emails to interested parties.

Next Steps

  • Confirm position of existing contracts
  • Send out an email to interested parties attaching our requirements and emphasizing that this is market research only. Will then set up demos with suppliers still interested. We can also contact suppliers that we think would be a good match
  • PM to revisit timescale once we know how many parties are interested as our revised estimate did not take into account the whole PIN process
