Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
Programme Commentary
Progress has been made across all projects in the Programme this month:
- DTI018 (Continuous Service Improvement APIs) - a deep dive into the current demand for API's is now complete and re-prioritisation can take place in line with capacity
- DTI026 (API Gateway and API Management Tool) - Activities are progressing in order to make WS02 Production ready and handover to BAU.
- DTI028 (Maturing the API Infrastructure) - analysis completed for WP 6.2 (security scanning - dependency check)
- DTI029 (Maturing the API Service) - D6 Secure software development standard - work has commenced on this work package, and Events Utility Booking is nearing completion
- Preparation of PICCL's for all projects commenced
Overall, the programme is AMBER at this time as the Programme milestone and budget need to be reconsidered.

Report for August 2018 Achievements in Last PeriodWork has continued on assessment of the current API demand and the capacity to meet this. A review meeting took place on 15.11.18 to consider resource and skills requirement for the project going forward. Susan Cooke has now completed the deep dive of the current API demand. This now gives the Sponsoring Group clearly visibility of the demand in order to prioritise. The testing approach for API’s has been circulated for approval by the Sponsoring Group. Issues
