Project Brief , milestones and revised plan published to Projects website
Conf call held with supplier to walk through UoE tech tasks before BME can do Qlik installs in DEV & TEST

Issues

Some short term resource conflicts on Dev tech lead (Alister Webb) will slow down initial install by BME

Next Steps

UoE Dev tech team complete 'on-premises' server set-up tasks for DEV / TEST & LIVE
BME do Qlikview and Qliksense installs in DEV & TEST
UoE and BME work together to set up SSO (Shibboleth)
UoE and BME complete build of LIVE service
UoE completes integration testing and UAT
BME completes 'proof of concept' data migration of sample legacy content for existing Qlikview server and desktop users
BME advise on config and data set-up for Qliksense ( new product to UoE)

Achievements this period

Project end of planning has completed. A review of the scope and deliverables was completed and agreed with the key stakeholders and a PICCL was produced to reflect the revised scope and timetable.

DTI031 - Develop the BI Community	Withdrawn - will be met with an appropriate comms plan, a means of raising and responding to queries as outlined by Service Management for ongoing BAU, and regular sessions for key users to input into the ongoing development and maturing of our BI capability.
