Programme Commentary

Overall the programme is AMBER.

Problem with long-term solution for EDW access and authorisations is unresolved

short-term workaround agreed to allow access for EST109 Estates Strategic reporting UAT , and for testing of DTI049 HR datamart

Open issues with DTI034 and DTI047 have prevented these projects from being closed by planned closure date of 31-July 2019.

Reviewed optimum Qlik architecture & configuration of new service for LIVE with Qlik and BME consutlants ( conf call on 29-Oct)

Need to schedule Go Cab change control to promote Qliksense SSO using ADFS config to LIVE ( with ITI and other ISG teams)
1d extra BME consultancy required to complete Qliksense SSO deployment to LIVE ( PM to raise PO)
Limited availability of project team has delayed some planned tasks
Need to complete more scenario testing of AD groups and how they will work with the Qliksense access and authorisation ( task in TEST )

Workshop scheduled for 7-Nov
Conf call with Qlik supplier (on 29-Oct, as part of DTI034) helped answer some questions in relation to how the Qlik BI Tools can be configured for access and authorisation

Collect business requirements, and complete options appraisal for EDW access and authorisation technical solution
