Discussed at BIT board meeting 23/05. Withdrawal of project not approved, as the objectives are clearly mentioned within the remit for the programme. However, the difficulty in framing project scope with a clear set of deliverables was acknowledged. Proper scope definition required. Must result in an actionable plan, either as a project, or a BAU activity.  Action item is with service mgmt to propose a new scope.

• Extensive liaison with the procurement team has been carried out for the procurement strategy
