We will do this by:

• Reviewing solutions for managing documents across the University estate to establish current practice​

• Gathering requirements across the University for the future of document management to match security and governance requirements​

• Proposing recommendations for SharePoint solutions that meet these needs​

• Developing templated processes and tools to enable groups and units to implement effective document management solutions​

• Establishing an effective and sustainable business-as-usual service​
