• Responses evaluated against award criteria and accessibility requirements.
• Bidders' product demonstrations completed.
• Bidders' evaluation product instances accessed. 
• Scoring completed - minor clarifications awaited from bidders prior to confirmation of decision.  

Issues

• Project forecasting overspend of 30 days against agreed budget.

Achievements in Last Period

• DEV build completed 27/02. Some snagging items still in progress, but will not hold us up.   A significant number of items have been deferred - to be included as potential scope items for “Embed & Optimise” follow-on project.
• Org/hierarchy application deployment to DEV in progress.
• BI/MI service organisation RACI reviews in progress.     
• TEST build in progress.

Issues

• Slow progress on DEV infrastructure build, knock-on effect for TEST/LIVE build.

Next Steps

• Complete TEST build.
• Commence LIVE build.
• Complete deployment of Org/Hierarchy to DEV/TEST.
• Complete Org/Hierarchy UAT. 
• Continue BI/MI service organisation analysis.

The project is currently reporting AMBER, due to the late delivery of Dev infrastructure and knock-on effects. To be reviewed and milestones/costs adjusted as required.

DTI019 - BI/MI Analysis Toolkit

Achievements

• Revised milestones approved by WIS 26 January 18
• PM drew up a revised toolkit document but on consultation with other analysts working on BI there needs to be changes

Issues

• PM had to take on 2 new projects and had deadlines for the project briefs which meant the toolkit update was delayed
• Snowstorm and closure of university delayed the review of the revised toolkit

Next Steps

• Update of revised toolkit
• PM to reconsider milestones as redrafting delayed

Project is amber as milestones are to be reviewed

All project deliverables have been completed and handover to the business owner is underway.   Project closure is expected to complete later in March.

Personnel changes have extended the closure date and meetings have been arranged to confirm deliverables complete.
