• Late initiation of project, due to delays in ETL implementation. Milestones be re-assessed and governance updated to reflect reality.

• Project transferred to new PM.
• TEST build complete, LIVE build in progress.
• Org/hierarchy application deployed to TEST with UAT completed and ASOR achieved.
• EDW Adapted BI/MI Service Organisation Document final draft complete.
• Completed sign-off of adapted BI/MI Service Document.

Issues

• Maintaining progress on infrastructure build through to project completion (expected date 08/06/2018).

Next Steps

• Achieve Deployment.
• Commence Project close activities.

The project showing as GREEN with focus continued on deployment and close of the project.
