Awaiting the assignment of a replacement Project Manager in order to complete planning phase. 

Achievements in Last Period

• SOW for 1^st 2 phase so project agreed with implementation partner and PO issued. This is in anticipation of the project resuming in Aug /Sept.  

Issues

• Lack of PM

Next Steps

• On-boarding of new PM.
• Execute planning and architectural option phases with implementation partner. 
• Complete internal planning.

The project is reporting a status of AMBER, due to the delays in the planning phase.

DTI006 - EDW Implementation

Achievements

• Infrastructure Build Complete Milestone achieved – We now have a ‘Production Ready’ Enterprise Data Warehouse;
• Deployment Checklist completed;
• Go CAB approved deployment to LIVE environment for Production;
• Parameritisation completed and pushed out to environments

Issues 

• Security Patch applied to DEV which locked the container to all users.  DEV had to be rolled back which caused a delay to EST109 development.  Security patch has been applied to TEST and LIVE and will be applied to DEV once EST109 demonstrations have been completed;
• Some items within DTI006 have been descoped and will be carried across to DTI021 (EDW Embed and Optimise) for completion

Next Steps 

• EDW Implementation to completed before EDW is deployed on the 16^th July;
• TAD to be signed off by CISO;
• DSOR to be completed;
• Parameritisation documentation to be completed.

The project showing as BLUE as the project was closed on 3rd August 2018.

DTI019 - BI/MI Analysis Toolkit

Achievements

• Version 2 of toolkit signed off 31 July 18
• Project closure report out for comment 30 July 18
• Andrew McFarlane confirmed that the toolkit is okay in standard branding and in MS Word format thereby confirming O2D1 and delivery of milestone ‘Delivery of BI/MI analysis toolkit into overarching BI.MI projects toolkit’
• Project approved for closure 31 July 18 by programme manager and project manager

Issues

• Because of annual leave delivery review not able to take place until 31 July
• Closure report with project sponsor but service management want the toolkit reviewed as part of project and not BAU so we can t close project just now

Next Steps

• Send toolkit out for review
• Collate responses  - if no changes required we close project off. If there  are we produce short plan on how to do them under service
• Close project off

DTI021 - EDW Embed & Optimise

• Requirements gathering sessions undertaken with project team and 3 point estimate completed.
• Project planning completed.

• Project budget confirmed less than original expected.  Requirements to be re-scoped as a result.

Next Steps 

• Requirements to be prioritised to allow for re-scoping;
• Project to be put through WIS for end of planning.
