Awaiting the assignment of a replacement Project Manager in order to complete planning phase. 

Achievements in Last Period

• SOW for 1^st 2 phases of project agreed with implementation partner and PO issued. This is in anticipation of the project resuming in Sept.
• New PM due to start 3^rd Sept.   

Issues

• Planning delivery late, due to lack of PM.

Next Steps

• On-boarding of new PM.
• Execute planning and architectural option phases with implementation partner. 
• Complete internal planning.

The project is reporting a status of AMBER, due to the delays in the planning phase.

Achievements

• Project closure was submitted to WIS on 2 August but was withdrawn as PM was asked to send the document out to reviewers. The comments that would come back were to be actioned under BAU. Comments all came back by week beginning 27 August and Service Management gave their approval to close the project.
• Project was submitted to WIS for closure 29 August and was approved

Achievements

• Requirements to be prioritised to allow for re-scoping;
• Project planning completed.

Issues 

• Keystore required in order to complete the Data Encryption at Rest.  As this has not been created before within the UoE, this will require additional investigation time.

• Progress with Objectives and Requirements as per project brief
