Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
During December, two projects were successfully delivered and closed:
- DTI056 Virtual Visits. The closure report is available to view.
- DTI055 Unibuddy Procurement. The closure report is available to view.
The DTI054 Large Events Platform project is in the delivery phase, focussing on transition to service and BAU. A new project is also being considered to develop further this service by addressing remaining outstanding tasks to fully embed and optimise the Events Air platform. It is expected to be initiated in April.
Therefore, the status of the programme is set to GREEN.
