Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update

During April, the planning for DTI057 EventsAir - Embed and Optimise continues in consultation with all stakeholders. These discussions are still ongoing and we expect planning to be slightly delayed to the end of May.

Therefore, the status of the programme is set to GREEN.

Achievements in Last Period

Project Scope
- The project scope is now being finalised after discussions with stakeholders in the Large Events Platform governance group with the following topics under discussion
  - Payments integration
  - Integration with SRA CRM
  - Single Sign-On authentication
  - Service optimisation in terms of both functionality and reporting
  - Service sustainability
  - Accessibility
  - Service resources and standardisation
Project Governance
- It has been agreed that the Large Events Platform governance group will oversee the project
- Fortnightly meetings have been scheduled for the governance group
- Fortnightly meetings have also been scheduled with the chair of the governance group
Finance Related
- Contact has been made with both Finance along with People and Money regarding potential financial integrations for paid for events

Issues

Due to on-going discussions regarding the project scope, there has been a delay in completing the project brief and the planning phase
