Achievements this period

• Commencement of internal UAT and also UAT being completed by channel owners
• Load testing completed
• On-going resolution of  JIRAs

Issues

• Project activity has been restricted over the past 2 weeks due to technical issues impacting Bamboo Service, key project resource has been allocated to this activity therefore no progress with resolving outstanding project JIRAs.
• User Acceptance testing has been on-going however issue with functional accounts not resolved due to developer availability has limited the amount of UAT that can be undertaken.
• Channel owners are being chased to completed remaining testing, where possible
• Project has also been impacted by availability of key IS Apps and LTW resource who are also aligned to DTI project activities this has been raised with Project Sponsor and DTI Programme Owner
• Due to the impact of delays the project will have to review and revise project milestones targeting the week commencing 24th April for deployment to live on proviso all key project resource (LTW and IS Apps) are available to cover deployment activities
• Business team resource availability to complete meta tags development work
• Request issued to Project Sponsor to agree to remove phase 3 improved alignment between MyEd and EdWeb from project - waiting for response for PICCL to be raised

The project status is currently AMBER due to technical issues impacting deployment of code to test environment unable to progress JIRAs until resolved.

• Agreed Scope for Pilot with Service Excellence
• Collaborative Space secured on Floor F, Argyle House
• Successful completion of March 17 DTI Programme Board
• Resources Secured for Planning Stage
• Initial Product Backlog populated
• Initiation of collaboration with UX Programme
• Initiation of collaboration with APIs Programme

Issues

• Resources assigned for Planning Phase have not been able to provide requested time. Progress is, however, continuing with no lasting affect expected.
