Achievements

  • The milestone ‘Engagement strategy initiation’ was due 7 July but completed early on 12 June. This has two deliverables:
    • O2 D1  Engagement : Output DTI007 O2D1-GEL Engagement-2017-05-29.docx (includes summary of engagement and Insights)
    • O2 D1  Engagement : Output DTI007 O2D1 GEL Hackathon Proposal-2017-04-21.docx
    • It should also be noted that Engagement activity will be ongoing.
  • The deliverable ‘A defined EdGEL process’ was completed on 13 June. The output was a document entitled DTI007 O1D1-GEL Processes-2017-06-07.docx which summarised proposals for the GEL platform, assessment, development process, triage, backlog and Standards

Issues

  • The departure of the Digital Design Consultant on 2 June 2017 has impacted the deliverables across all projects and the project sponsors are feeling this impact and acknowledge that delays are happening, pushing many deliverables into July and they are reprioritising some deliverables to help with these delays.

Next Steps

  • Continue progressing completion of remaining deliverables
  • Complete review of design proposals for changes to the EdGEL website
  • Complete review of the existing interaction style guide
  • Review of requirements to facilitate 17/18 planning
