Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update

Overall Programme RAG: AMBER

The programme status is set as AMBER as we are still working around the 10Gbit network switch issues in order to continue working on the Openstack and VDI projects. The outstanding actions to be completed with that build will need to be done before we can go fully into service. A meeting with CIS has led to a workplan being produced to progress this before October. However, this workplan has not been followed and we are not very much further forward.  We worked to our  contingency plan of connecting in our new virtual hosting servers temporarily by 1Gb and we are able to meet the demand for virtual machines. Issue 1 in the Programme Issue Log. We also have PM Lea Anderson leaving on 17/10 who needs replaced on several ENT project.  Update to be provided in November report.
