Achievements in Last Period 

• Link to Worldpay now set up and ready for testing
• The raster image processor (see issue below) has been ordered
• The major project milestone changes were approved

Issues  

• The system is unable to adequately specify printing jobs requiring a mix of black and white/colour pages – particularly this affects dissertations.  An external raster image processor or 'rip’ is required which costs an annual fee.  This has now been ordered (as noted above).  As a result the Scope RAG moves to GREEN this month
• There is no finalised support arrangement in place yet; discussions have been held with Production Management and within the project team and an OLA is now being drafted
• A software development resource (not originally planned) is required to automate the change in location and new file type (.csv) for WPM files - this has now been resourced
• Whilst the major milestone changes were approved, the phase 1 delivery for March depends on receiving and installing the 'rip' in time; the risk is moderate and the time RAG is shown as AMBER this month to reflect this position
• The project is closely monitoring its remaining budget, particularly in view of the additional software development task, so the cost RAG is shown as AMBER this month

Next Steps

• Install the 'rip'
• Finalise user testing scripts and related testing
• Complete Worldpay related payment testing
• Finalise support arrangements (and related documentation) for phase 1 delivery
• Delivery of Phase 1
