Achievements in Last Period 

  • Users set up to access P&M test environments DEV7 and DEV8

Issues  

  • Delay in gaining access to the P&M test environments to complete testing; this increased the risk to the current delivery date of 31st October so the Time RAG is showing as AMBER this month.

Next Steps

  • Business Users to test the punch-out / internal order process all the way through, plus payments testing. 
  • Arrange deployment of punch-out, revised date to be confirmed
  • Arrange further demonstration of internal re-charging via Colin Miller
  • Review plan for deployment of MDSF portals for students and external customers, including the required Inohub set-up for Printing Services
  • Schedule work on support documentation
