Issues

Issues have still to be resolved in the migration of International Bank Validation to external hosting:

Finance colleagues have concerns about the warning messages returned by Bank Validation in eFinancials in Dev and Test
Bank Validation continues to fail in FPM in Dev and Test

The Bank Validation migration is a compliance requirement. It is therefore not possible to close this project until a solution has been reached, and the new hosted software has been deployed to Live, for both eFinancials and FPM.

The Business Lead, Programme Manager and Portfolio Manager have therefore agreed that the project may be extended into the 2016/17 Planning Year, solely to support the ongoing issues with the Bank Validation.

In accordance with this agreement, the two Bank Validation related Jiras have been moved into a new Batch 4, which will carry forward into 2016-17, to support remedial activity by Experian and ABS. These Jiras are:

International Bank Validation (Phase 1) - Change of Hosting from UOE to Experian (Jira FIN108-2)
FPM v2.3 Configuration on Dev Environment (Jira FIN108-26)

Issues

Due to busy diaries, one of the workshops had had to be held in early August. This has extended the planned milestone dates by one month and the project will now span into 16/17. The overall budget is unaffected.
