Achievements in Last Period:

• Progressed analysis of systems within current scope of the project.

Issues

• The revised number of systems that fall within the scope of the project has resulted in the project being a lot more complex than the original brief estimated.
• Alignment and expectations of cleansing of historic data within systems especially those being replaced by People and Money inconsistency.  (Issue 13) 
• The current Covid-19 situation has made data gathering more challenging (although it is still being progressed)

Next Steps

• Finalise analysis of systems within current scope of the project.

• Prioritise systems which require DPIA to be undertaken and assign responsibility
