Achievements in Last Period:

• Finance Business Lead and Data Protection Officer will help those that require some assistance with their DPIAs

• An Observation/Recommendations report is available on the FIN127 sharepoint site 

• The Closure report has included these assumptions 

  • People and Money project will cover many of the DPIAs 

  • A further decommissioning project will take on to decommission the applications that are no longer used or have been replaced 

• Draft closure report completed

• Closure report signed off.

• Supplier demos completed
• Initial evaluation of demos completed

Issues

• WIS Submission requires re-plan of project; email sent to Alex Carter (WIS representative) for clarification and awaiting reply.  As a result, the Planning milestone needs to be revised, as do the evaluation milestones, so the Time RAG has been marked as AMBER this month
• Project has now engaged with ITC; they confirmed 'as we are replacing an existing central service you do not need ITC's approval' and can inform them of procurement outcome retrospectively

Next Steps

• Resubmit brief to WIS for approval after feedback
• Review meeting with Procurement and wider Project Team - including InfoSec and Accessibility team - to confirm recommendation/decision on chosen supplier
• Prepare recommendation document for sign-off
• Notify bidders of outcome
• Start work on contract negotiation with winning supplier
• Start DPIA/EqIA.
