Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
Commentary
- The programme's status is GREEN with all started projects successfully completed.
- A risk regarding HESA for 20/21 has been raised with Director of HR Services was discussed at the last programme meeting. The Director will determine when the HESA Hub will be delivered by P&M/Inoapps and whether this can be brought forward from the current plan of delivery in phase 3. As contingency now, this programme will retain in the plan to have HRS099 start as planned in March. An update is planned at next programme meeting and the 3 year plan for HRS can be submitted.
- The programme may be affected by the Coronavirus risk as noted at Portfolio level
