Commentary

HRS075 - Project AMBER, Oracle have delayed the release of the TYE patches till 18th Feb so milestones being replanned. 

HRS076 - Online survey published to eRecruitment users.

HRS077 - HR & Payroll Reporting Project, opened in last reporting period. Project Brief to be produced and agreed with stakeholders by end February.

HRS078 - Database Migration project, opened in last reporting period. Project Brief to be produced and agreed with stakeholders by end February.

HESA have indicated that as the changes for 12/13 were substantial that changes for 13/14 will be minimal. This will not be certain until HESA release details of any required changes.

  • Phase 1 TEST Patching ready for Customer Accceptance Testing - Complete and Signed off 22-Jan-14
  • Phase 1 LIVE patching to be deployed 30-31st Jan ready for sign off on 3rd Feb - Complete and Signed off 30-Jan-14

 

Issues

  • Phase 2 release has been delayed by Oracle
  • This will be discussed after the Oracle meeting in Linlithgow 5-Feb-14
  • This will impact our planned Phase 2 milestones and deliveries
  • It should not effect our estimated budget

  • Phase 1 Deployment Sign Off review due 10-Feb-14
  • Phase 2 release delayed by Oracle

It was agreed with HR that both the Staff Development Procurement and Implementation projects should be withdrawn. A revised proposal will be submitted during annual planning 13/14 which may cover a revised scope.
