Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update

 

Commentary

HRS075 - Project Amber, patching issues encountered in TEST, being progressed by IS Apps, Payroll and FIS. 

HRS076 - Project progressing but there has been poor response to workshop attendance. 

HRS077 - Project brief has been drafted and initial discussions underway. Analysis sessions will now be set up. 

HRS078 - This project will now focus on the migration of the eRecruitment database and the Oracle HR & Payroll investigation. Concern that resources have not been assigned to this project. A separate project will be established to migrate the Oracle HR & Payroll database. 

HRS079 - Support for RTI processes ongoing, risk that the required RTI changes, Annual Patching and yearly end of year processes cannot be completed at the same time. 

HRS080 - Project brief approved. Requirements and Design ready for review.

  • Feedback from the User Group on the pilot was incorporated into the online survey

  • The survey was submitted to the Project Board for review
  • The survey was launched on 5th Feb.
  • The survey is now closed with 111 results received, which is just above the target figure of 100

  • Low update for the first workshop resulted in it being cancelled and consolidated with workshop 2 on 18th March
