Commentary

HRS075 - AMBER - Final patch errored when deployed to TEST, discussions underway as to how to progress this with input from Oracle via serviec request. 

HRS076 - GREEN - Report delivered and project closure drafted.

HRS077 - GREEN - Development for the 3 priority HR reports progressing well, Payroll discussions for report specifications have been delayed due to business commitments. 

HRS078 - RED - DEV migration progressing well but no project or programme budget to cover effort for all essential work. 

HRS079 - GREEN - Project will now include clones for TEST and additional RTI and AE patches released by Oracle.

HRS080 - GREEN - Acceptance testing underway. 

HRS082 - GREEN - Additional HESA requirements incorporated in to plan and build progressing.

AP34-025 - to be replanned and awaiting feedback from existing Board regarding required changes to senior executive role.

  • Phase 3 Milestones withdrawn as agreed
  • P60 to TEST
  • Manual Business Workaround completed for May Payroll (The Direct Earnings patch was handled manually)
  • P60 to LIVE
  • HR Global in Dev completed successfully
  • New Direct Earnings patch + HR Global + oracle fix applied to DEV (DEA1)

Issues

  • Although plan agreed for DEA, problems have already surfaced moving to TEST
    • call has been raised with Oracle end of day 4-June SR 3-8798535048
    • discussion now taking place re a refresh of TEST (last refresh of TEST was Feb)
    • contingency may be a manual solution again, but will depend on numbers

Next steps

  • Plan agreed for the Direct Earnings Attachment changes (DEA2) (agreed 2-Jun)
  • New Direct Earnings patch + HR Global + oracle bug fix (DEA1) to Test (plan 4-June)
    • Payroll Testing out DEA1 (plan 5-6 June)
  • DEA2 implementation plan patch to DEV (plan 4-Jun)

  1. Payroll and Pension Support Manager confirmed that final configuration for RTI and AE are coniguration changes and she expects to be able to complete thsi without IS Apps input

  2. RTI and AE Patches have been identified and although not mandatory will delivery functional enhancements and bug fixes which will ease the full implementation of RTI and AE

Outstanding Issues 

Successful Applicant interface update will not be progressed to TEST as Peer testing identified a further update. The developer is now progressing HR HESA work and this must be the priority until the HESA build is completed.
