Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update

 

Commentary

 HRS076 - closed in this reporting period

HRS075 - All mandatory patches in LIVE and no issues - project will now close

HRS077 - reports delayed due to leave and conflct with HRS075, Payroll reports descoped from project so all remaining deliverables are HR related. 

HRS078 - RED - Project progressing well but no budget to cover deficit, project will remain in red until closure. 

HRS079 - AMBER - Revised Project plan for the non mandatory patching for RTI and AE functionality requires effort in 14/15 to fit with the HRS075 patching and business commitments. If funding for the 10 days is not confirmed days may need to be reduced from elsewhere in the programme if this is the priority. 

HRS080 - AMBER - risk that there may be further conflict from HR HESA but minimal work to complete HRS080 build so low risk.

HRS081 - AMBER - Project Planning impacted by eRecruitment Migration. 

HRS082 - GREEN - HR HESA work progressing to plan with testing underway. 

AP34-025 - AMBER - Project Board representatives met with Core and it has been agreed that this project will not start until October at the earliest.

  • DEA1, DEA2 and RTI Fix deployed to LIVE on 7th July 
  • HMRC accepted Full Payment submission following LIVE updates and Direct Earnings process completed.

  • Revised Technical Architecture Document
  • Completed DEV migration testing as well as any development fixes

Issues

  • Discussions with CORE on going regarding the Jump Start issue re Testing required for Acceptance completion
  • Revised estimate is over budget and has not been agreed within the HRS Programme, Programme Manager looking into

Outstanding Issues

Successful Applicant interface update will not be progressed to TEST as Peer testing identified a further update. The developer is now progressing HR HESA work and this must be the priority until the HESA build is completed.

  1. Acceptance Sign off 

  2. Deploy New Oracle field, BI field and API to LIVE
  3. complete successful applicant build and progress to TEST and LIVE

It was agreed with HR that both the Staff Development Procurement and Implementation projects should be withdrawn. A revised proposal will be submitted during annual planning 13/14 which may cover a revised scope.
