HRS082 - CLOSED in this period.
HRS083 - GREEN - Enhancing Employment Removal of HTBN project opened this month with the brief due for sign-off on 07/11/14.
AP34-025 - AMBER- Project Board met on 31 October 2014 and approved that the team should prepare costed proposals for converting the character set and an upgrade. The enhancements will be postponed to 15/16. Budget to be confirmed.
AP45-042 - GREEN - Enhancing Employment Balance Row to be used for the analysis project starting late November.
AP23-053 - AMBER- This project will primarily be Project Services time developing a Business Case leading into a Procurement. Confirmation required on budget and approval required from University for project to proceed.
HRSP01 shows as overspent due to pre-planning for projects work for Enhancing Employment and eRecruitment. HRSPB2 The five day deficit has now been corrected by reducing the effort to complete this year to 25 days.

AP34-025 eRecruitment Phase 2 (Redeployment and Talent Pool) Funded Planning - November 2014 Delivery - July 2015 RAG Status AMBER | Plan October Project Board agreed in principle that the activity for this year should be converting the character set and upgrading rather than the further enhancements noted in phase 2's proposal. The team are to produce costed proposals for the Board's consideration. The analysis of v20 is still to be completed so that communications to the User Group can include what can be expected in the upgraded version this year as there will be benefits for the users.

AP45-042 Enhancing Employment Balance Row Compliance Planning - November 2014 Delivery - May 2015 RAG Status GREEN | Plan This is the second project from AP45-042 in 14/15. This project will complete the analysis of the many employment contract profiles members can have in preparation for the technical implementation project in 15/16. The Business have already started mapping out the possible employment profiles.

AP45-063 HESA Staff Return 14/15 Compliance Planning -April 2015 Delivery - October 2016 RAG Status GREEN | Plan Project planned to start 30 March 2015. The programme is planning to complete carryover tasks from the HESA 13/14 project as the opportunity arises in Development Services between December 2014 and the start of this project.

HR are in the process of confirming the funding for this project.
