HRS083 - GREEN - Brief was signed-off and initial analysis phase progressing to plan with the analysis due to be signed off on Dec 8.
AP34-025 - AMBER- The Project team is working with Supplier to progress the work to prepare a costed proposal for the Character Set conversion.
AP45-042 - GREEN - Enhancing Employment Balance Row to be used for the analysis project starting in late Januray.
AP23-053 Learning Management project has been withdrawn from the Programme for 14/15.
HRSP01 shows as overspent due to pre-planning for project work for eRecruitment and some HESA 14/15 tasks which are being completed aheaad of the project starting next year.

AP34-025 eRecruitment Phase 2 (Redeployment and Talent Pool) Funded Planning - February 2015 Delivery - July 2015 RAG Status AMBER | Plan October Project Board agreed in principle that the activity for this year should be converting the character set and upgrading rather than the further enhancements noted in phase 2's proposal. The team are to produce costed proposals for the Board's consideration. The review of v20 is still to be completed so that communications to the User Group can include what can be expected in the upgraded version this year as there will be benefits for the users. This is currently being scheduled to take place in December 2014.

AP45-042 Enhancing Employment Balance Row Compliance Planning - February 2014 Delivery - July 2015 RAG Status GREEN | Plan This is the second project from AP45-042 in 14/15. This project will complete the analysis of the many employment contract profiles members can have in preparation for the technical implementation project in 15/16. The Business have already started mapping out the possible employment profiles.
Dependencies Resource availability in Project Services, UHRS and devolved HR teams. |
AP45-063 HESA Staff Return 14/15 Compliance Planning -April 2015 Delivery - October 2016 RAG Status GREEN | Plan Project planned to start 30 March 2015. The programme is completing carryover tasks from the HESA 13/14 project as the opportunity arises in Development Services between December 2014 and the start of this project.
