Commentary
HRS083 - AMBER - This project has had some delay due to essential patching work under PPP003 Annual Maintenance project but is still resourced to complete this financial year. The Amber status is due to revised milestones requiring approval.
HRS084 - This project has been started, the brief has been drafted and the kick-off meeting scheduled for w/c March 9.
AP34-025 - RED - UoE staff supporting Supplier completing Proof of concept for introducing validation and testing upgrade process. This work is planned to complete at the end of March. This project to convert the character set and upgrade eRecruitment would not be able to start until the completion of this work.
AP45-063 - This project is scheduled to start in March. The PM and software development resources have already been assigned.
HRSP01 shows as overspent due to pre-planning for project work for eRecruitment and some HESA 14/15 tasks which are being completed ahead of the project starting next year.

AP34-025 eRecruitment Upgrade & Character set conversion Funded Planning - April 2015 Delivery - July 2015 RAG Status RED | Plan eRecruitment Supplier is completing a Proof of Concept which will introduce data entry validation into the application and test the upgrade and character set conversion process the University would then complete with the Supplier under this project.
The earliest that planning could commence on this project is late March, when it should be known whether or not the Proof of Concept will be successful.

AP45-063 HESA Staff Return 14/15 Compliance Planning -April 2015 Delivery - October 2016 RAG Status GREEN | Plan Project planned to start 30 March 2015. The programme is completing carryover tasks from the HESA 13/14 project as the opportunity arises in Development Services between December 2014 and the start of this project.
