Commentary HRS089 - AMBER - eRecruitment Upgrade has been replanned but as change in delivery date was only a matter of days, the project's status is set to AMBER. HRS090 - GREEN - HESA Staff Return 15/16 started at the end of March as planned.
The Enhancing Employment Technical Implementation project has been renamed to Working Time Capture and Reporting. The project's RAG status is RED to reflect the change in start and delivery dates and the reduction in its budget to the 82 programme days available this year.
Resources The programme manager has been completing some work on the Not Started AP56-049 Working Time Capture and Reporting project to enable this project to start. This is being recorded against the Programme code which is now showing as over-budget. The programme level overspend will be offset against the remaining programme budget in AP56-049 once that project is started in April The programme manager has been completing work for the HR Transformation project ahead of the Service Definition project starting. This Programme code overspend will be offset against the core balance row until funding is assigned.
