Commentary

The programme manager considers that overall the programme is GREEN. The start date for the Tomcat end of life project is yet to be agreed but IS are confident that it can be scheduled at an appropriate time.

Risk - Erecruitment Licencing - NCA required

The e-recruitment contract needs to be updated by October 2017. The original 5 year contract concludes in October and any extension for a further year must be arranged by October. An extension would be done as a Non-Competitive Action (NCA) and this is essential to be licensed to continue using eRecruitment. HRS resources are currently working on extending this contract.

Achievements

No action for IS since the Finance cost centre file was loaded.

HR will run the final extract in Live on 30-Aug

Next Steps

Support HR completing HESA testing
Once final Live extract has been run, there will be lots of changes for HR to make during validation to ensure it does not fail
New JIRA to be raised relating to research assistant that IS will complete
