RAG Status GREEN | Report by Jill Nicoll for November 2012 Achievements in last period: Terms of Reference document created and approved Project planned and resources requested Resources assigned for Business Analysis and System Design stages Issues The Business Area Manager is a key project resource, particularly throughout the Business Analysis and System Design stages. We are concerned that there are a great many other demands on her time, for example for eRecruitment and Annual Maintenance. This may impact the time she will have available to support these critical early stages of HR HESA. Delays in the early stages would also have a knock-on impact on subsequent milestones.
