Commentary
- The programme's current status is GREEN, with HESA project progressing to plan.
- A risk regarding HESA for 20/21 has been raised with Director of HR Services; If this risk is not mitigated over the next few months then then programme's RAG will change to AMBER as the start date of HESA 20/21 approaches.
- The programme may be affected by the Coronavirus risk as noted at Portfolio level.
