Section One: Programme Commentary, RAG and Resources Update
Commentary
- The programme's current status is GREEN as the HESA Staff Return 19/20 project is progressing to plan
- A risk regarding HESA for 20/21 has been raised with Director of HR Services. If this risk is not mitigated during November then the programme's RAG will change to AMBER
- The programme has transferred days from HRS98 to HRS099 to provide a resourcing contingency if required. This can be reviewed once the level of changes requested by HESA are known
- The programme has returned 20 days to the USG Portfolio
- The programme may be affected by the Coronavirus risk as noted at Portfolio level
