Commentary
- The programme's status is GREEN with the successful delivery and closure of the HESA staff Return 19/20.
- A risk regarding HESA for 20/21 has been raised with Director of HR Services was discussed at the last programme meeting. The Director will determine when the HESA Hub will be delivered by P&M/Inoapps and whether this can be brought forward from the current plan of delivery in phase 3. As contingency now, this programme will retain in the plan to have HRS099 start as planned in March.
- The programme may be affected by the Coronavirus risk as noted at Portfolio level
