The University is embarking on a programme of projects to improve student satisfaction with the library collection and to improve back office efficiency so that the cost of buying and managing library collections once purchased is reduced. The main vehicles for doing this are new discovery mechanisms and new or revised back office processes. It is recognised that this will require new systems and integration with other University services.
