Achievements in Last Period

  • Outstanding contractual issues (local Provet DB, ESCROW arrangements) in progress; completion of the local DB daily updates has been delayed as this is subject to resource conflict on technical resource (completion in the original planned window - when the resource was available - was not possible because FNS had not provided the necessary scripts for UoE to modify; progress on ESCROW delayed as Project Sponsor unavailable and the team needs to be in agreement on the approach as there are two options to be considered.
  • Development for the processing the UoE User feed and the VTO student loading application is in progress and FNS expect this to be ready for testing 08/07/19.
  • PM has chased up FNS on outstanding invoices and these have now been received.

  • No major issues.
  • PM availability remains an issue due to commitments across projects. Project Sponsor aware.
  • Availability of other project team members and technical resource over July may delay completion.

Next Steps

  • Delivery of contractual items: locally replicated Prover DB and ESCROW arrangements.
  • Delivery of non-contractual items: coordinate FNS user  feed and VTO development
  • Close implementation project.
